Among all the smartphones available in the market today, the Huawei Mate 20 Lite stands out. It has a 6.3-inch FullHD IPS LCD, a Qualcomm Snapdragon 710 chipset, EMUI 8.2 software, and a 3.5mm headphone jack.

6.3-inch 1080p FullHD IPS LCD

Powered by a HiSilicon Kirin 710 SoC, the Huawei Mate 20 Lite is an incredibly fast phablet. With a 6.3-inch FullHD+ IPS LCD, it offers an incredible visual experience. In addition, this smartphone comes with 4GB or 6GB of RAM and 64GB onboard storage. It also features a 3.5mm jack, USB Type-C port, and dual rear cameras.

The Huawei Mate 20 Lite features a 20-megapixel primary camera and a 2MP front-facing camera. Its EMUI 8.2 operating system includes Huawei-specific apps and stock Android.

This smartphone comes with an in-display fingerprint scanner. In the future, the device can scan a fingerprint from both sides, which should speed up the unlock process. This sensor will also be capable of working on thicker displays.

Besides the fingerprint sensor, the Huawei Mate 20 Lite has other valuable features. The device supports NFC, a USB Type-C port, and USB On-The-Go. It also has a speaker grille on its bottom edge.

Snapdragon 710 chipset

Earlier this year, Qualcomm introduced the Snapdragon 710 chipset. It’s a new 64-bit ARM LTE system-on-a-chip (SoC) designed to improve power efficiency and boost gaming. It is based on the same 10nm fabrication process as the Snapdragon 845.

It’s a power-efficient chip that offers up to 25% performance improvement over the Snapdragon 660. It also features a multi-core AI engine and a neural network processing unit. The chip also uses Adreno 616 graphics that promises 35 percent better rendering of graphics. It also features an X15 LTE modem that supports Cat 13 uplink. It also comes with Bluetooth version 5.1.

It’s unknown whether Huawei will use the Snapdragon 710 chipset for the upcoming Mate 20 Lite. However, it looks as though the company will launch two more models with the new chipset.

EMUI 8.2

EMUI is the skin on top of Android 8.1 Oreo. It’s a pretty standard UI, but it has been updated.

In the last couple of months, the Mate 20 Lite received EMUI 9.0, which features the Android Pie-based version of the EMUI launcher. The April 2019 security patch also accompanies the update.

The EMUI launcher has received some pretty impressive upgrades, including the new Gallery feature, enhanced by machine learning. EMUI also has a Party Mode feature, which allows you to connect to more than one phone simultaneously. It also includes a Game Suite that adds some functionality to let you play your favorite games uninterrupted.

The EMUI launcher has also improved the gaming experience. It has added a GPU Turbo 2.0 feature, which enhances game fluency.

3.5mm headphone jack

Using a smartphone with a 3.5mm headphone jack can be tricky. While some excellent Bluetooth headphones are on the market, they aren’t the most practical option. In this article, we’ll look at a few alternatives.

Ahead of its official release, the Huawei Mate 20 Lite is an up-and-coming smartphone that offers a handful of cool features. These include a fingerprint reader in a vertical line, a 20MP sensor on the back, a glass front, and a dual camera in a vertical line. In addition, the 3.5mm headphone jack on the Mate 20 Lite is a standard 3.5 mm port.

The most important feature is the EMUI 9.0 user interface, the latest version of the EMUI software found on most Huawei devices. It has been extensively improved over EMUI 8.0, boasting several slick transitions, multiple home screens, and a new gesture control system.

Design

Designed to be a budget smartphone, the Huawei Mate 20 Lite is a mid-range Android phone with an unusually high-powered front-facing camera. It has a 24-megapixel sensor with an aperture of F/2.0 and a secondary 2MP lens for depth information. This AI-powered camera automatically adjusts camera settings for the best results without having to manually input settings.

Besides the front-facing cameras, the Huawei Mate 20 Lite also features a notched 6.3-inch FHD+ (1080×2340) display. It also has thin bezels and a tall 19.5:9 aspect ratio. It also comes with a fingerprint scanner, a USB Type-C port, and a headphone jack.

Huawei Mate 20 Lite is also equipped with a 3,650mAh battery and an octa-core Kirin 710 processor. This will enable the phone to handle multiple applications in the background.
